Wedding Ceremony Coordination

Pre-Wedding

• Meet with Bride & Groom two weeks prior to wedding date at ceremony site to finalize ceremony plans including wedding party placement, walking order, music and special events, exit
• Provide bride with comprehensive ceremony itinerary via e-mail for confirmation
• Attend rehearsal (1.5 hours at the ceremony site)
• Direct rehearsal if allowed by minister (will coordinate with this person & assist if needed, otherwise will be present to confirm ceremony plans for wedding day
  

Wedding Day

• Arrive at ceremony site 1.5 hours prior to ceremony start time
• Organize wedding party prior to ceremony to ensure all are present & in correct positions
• Execute all ceremony plans through recessional

Fees & Payment Schedule
Fee is the current flat rate. Payment Schedule: 100% due at intial pre-wedding meeting.
